Shoulder Pain And What You Can Do about It -- Naturally.

You may be one of the many people experiencing shoulder pain. It is extremely common. Shoulders are flexible and therefore less stable than the hip or pelvis for instance. Injuring and dislocating them is common therefore. Many shoulder issues that cause pain involve soft tissues, such as tendons, ligaments, and muscles.

Bones can also be affected. Often there is inflammation in these tissues, as for instance in bursitis, tendinitis, rotator cuff tendonitis, and arthritis. Often there is an underlying condition or injury that brings on further conditions.

Common shoulder problems aside from the ones mentioned above include:

  • Dislocation of the shoulder
  • Fractures
  • Frozen Shoulder
  • Sports Injuries

Joint stiffness, loose joints, separated joints, tears and the like cause inflammation, weakness and pain. You may be unable to carry anything. Your joints may be deformed. You may not be able to raise your arm. You may have selling or bruising around the joint. You may even have a fever. If any of these symptoms persist past a few days, consult your physician to ascertain the cause.

Conventional treatment for shoulder pain consists of rest, icing the shoulder, heating the shoulder, stretching, physical therapy, anti-inflammatories, such as non-steroidal pain relievers (NSAIDs), cortisone injections, and surgeries.

As previously discussed, pain relief medications and injections have side effects, are expensive, and do not address the underlying problem. Why not supplement and possibly even replace these with completely natural alternatives? These productsand technologies are designed to help the body come back into balance and encourage healing.

You may not even need surgery. And they cost a fraction of conventional treatments. See some of these products here and learn how they work.
