Chronic Pain, pH, and the Acid/Alkaline Balance?
What does this mean? Chronic pain is generally related to pH level and whether it is acidic in the body. Books have been written about the acid/alkline balance. Feel free to read them. You will learn a lot and likely improve your health. Go to Chronic Pain and

How are chronic pain and the acid/alkaline balance related? Are they? You may know that alkalinity promotes looseness rather than stiffness, and that the right minerals are essential to produce alkalinity. Taste is also affected by minerals and pH. Mineral depletion on the other hand can and does lead to many deficiencies that eventually translate into dis-ease. Bottled waters and many other filtered
waters
are clean and acidic. Your body may already be in an acidic state, the only state in which disease can exist and proliferate, and does not need further acidic input. And detoxification can only happen if and when the body is in an alkaline state and gets the
rest
it needs. You may or may not know that far-infrared energy keeps the body in an alkaline state. It takes acid out of the body and puts the body into a high-energy state, the state in which we experience total restfulness.
Some Facts about pH balance.
1. Cancer cells can only thrive in an acidic environment.2. The pH balance of the bloodstream is the most important bio-chemical balance in the body. 3. pH is a critical indicator of health. 4. pH adjusts through the foods we eat, the liquids we drink, the rest we get, and the stress we experience. 5. A blood pH of 7.4 is optimal. 6. Every part of the body, except for the stomach is alkaline. 7. pH imbalances on the acidic side are much more damaging (about five times more) than imbalances on the alkaline side. 8. Breathing (the lungs) is a major pH control in the body. 9. There are many symptoms of pH imbalance, among them: constipation, parasites, upper respiratory problems, body odors and gas, weight gain with age, blood pressure problems, circulatory problems, and the list goes on... 10. Foods are the most important way to control pH balance. A
diet
consisting of fresh and raw foods with little animal products and few, if any, processed foods, is of utmost importance.
