Good Sleep: 10 Tips to Achieve It.

  • Good sleep depends on a good mattress.
  • Relax before you go to bed. Meditation is a fabulous practice.
  • Figure out your optimal amount of sleep.
  • •Eliminate sleeping pills from your regular sleeping routine.
  • Avoid big meals, caffeine, and alcohol 2 to 3 hours before going to bed.
  • Use your bedroom only to sleep.
  • Establish a regular routine preparing for bed.
  • Establish a regular sleeping rhythm, such as going to bed and getting to bed around the same time every day.
  • Take an evening walk.
  • Make sure to relax intermittently for a few minutes during the day.
