Natural Diabetic Foot Pain Relief

If you suffer from diabetic foot pain and diabetic neuropathy, there is a natural alternative to drugs and it works. At least it has for many, many diabetics. Find out about natural diabetic foot pain relief here.

Circulation or the lack thereof is a major problem for diabetics and that affects the heart, the digestion, and all other organs in the body. It can lead to loosing function of the extremities and even loosing limbs altogether. Not a pretty picture!

Are you used to numbness in your feet or to pins and needles in your feet and legs when you get up in the morning or stand up after sitting in a chair? Does the pain last five minutes? Ten minutes? Or even longer?

Diabetic foot care is of the utmost importance.

For diabetic foot pain relief and increased circulation, simply wear a magnetic insole. Watch the numbness subside. Listen to kim Larsen's testimonial on relieving his condition with the insoles. Click on the arrow when the video comes up.

A major study on diabetic foot pain and a particular kind of magnetic insole proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that these insoles bring dramatic improvements to diabetics who wear them. And yes, it's true that not all insoles - magnetic or otherwise -are created equal.

In combination with good water and a completely natural supplement that is a power food, they can help reduce the diabetic's need for drugs, including insulin. That spells diabetic foot pain relief - naturally!

Diabetes wreaks havoc with the body. Although initially a silent disease, there are many symptoms of diabetes

  • Burning Feet
  • Diabetic Foot Pain
  • Tingling in feet, legs, and hands
  • Fatigue
  • Weakness
  • Blurred Vision
  • Unquenchable Thirst
  • Unexplained Weight Loss
  • Frequent Urination

Diabetes is systemic, which means that it affects the entire body and all bodily system. Diabetes ravages American and Western societies and is a disease of affluence.

The Standard American Diet, aptly referred to as SAD, is a diet high in fat and sugar. Most of our foods are highly processed and take a huge toll on the body's digestive system. Couple the more than 150 pound per capita consumption of sugar per year in the US with high stress levels, poor diet, poor sleep, and little exercise and you've got a recipe for disaster: diabetes, heart disease, and cancer among others.

Click here for more information on diabetes and diet. Diabetes as well as hypertension, heart disease, and cancer are degenerative diseases that can often be prevented and addressed by maintaining one's optimal weight, exercising, and eating a wholesome diet, low in sugar and (animal) fats.

The good news is that diabetes and diabetic foot pain can be alleviated without drugs. Yes, you can have more energy, live without pain, and feel better. You may even look ten years younger to boot! Diabetes is the most common cause of peripheral vascular disease. Peripheral vascular disease comprises a number of conditions and diseases that cause poor circulation to the feet and legs. The most common cause is the hardening of the arteries, a gradual thickening and hardening of the walls of the arteries. When blood flow is reduced, poor circulation is present. Symptoms of poor circulation include:

  • Numbness or tingling in legs, feet, and toes.
  • Color changes of the skin.
  • Skin temperature changes. See cold feet.
  • Sores and infections that do not heal well.

Atherosclerosis in combination with diabetes most likely results in poor circulation in the feet, which can easily result in foot pain. Smoking, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and lack of exercise also contribute to poor circulation in the feet as well as foot pain. Diabetic feet generally need special care as any infections or sores on them often do not heal at all without such care. That is the result of not getting enough oxygen to the injured and infected tissues. Diabetic feet often also are numb and prone to injuries that cannot be felt any longer. Once that happens the trauma the feet experience takes a toll and infections can easily develop. It is particularly important for those with diabetic feet to wear well-fitting shoes for this reason.

The cutting of toe nails also needs special attention because it is easy to injure the feet. Having a professional cut your toe nails is usually well worth it and virtually eliminates the risk of injury. Any calluses or corns also need immediate attention because without treatment the skin may break down and sores may develop. Those may then be difficult to heal.

Your physician is likely to treat your diabetic feet by addressing diabetes overall (since it is a systemic disease) and that includes

  • Putting you on medications that control blood glucose.
  • Prescribing high cholesterol medications.
  • Prescribing drugs to prevent blood clotting.
  • Performing an angioplasty enlarge narrowed peripheral arteries.
  • Behavior modification therapy to help you quit smoking.
  • Recommending excercise.

It may already strike you that most of these measures depend on drugs and even surgical intervention. All drugs have side effects which then require more drugs. It is not uncommon for diabetics to be on six to ten medications.

While that is certainly the allopathic approach to this debilitating disease, why not reduce or even eliminate the use of drugs of whose effects even your doctor is not all that sure?

It makes sense to assist your body with a more supportive and natural alternative. There is a natural alternative that supports and strengthens the body. Read the reports on

Burning feet are common and they can be a source of chronic pain. Some people cannot sleep due to burning feet. They can be part of diabetic foot pain, an indication of nerve damage that diabetics experience. Other causes of burning feet are mechanical overload of the feet, as in someone on his or herfeet all day and often is also overweight, alcoholism, vitamin deficiency (particularly vitamin B), heavy metal poisoning, Fungal infections, tarsal tunnel syndrome, some blood disorders, and as a response to trauma.

Depending on the cause of burning feet, there are a number of ways to manage them. Of course, it is vital that a more serious cause for burning feet is ruled out. Consult your physician to get the appropriate tests and/or diagnoses.

Relief for burning feet include well-fitting shoes (no surprise here), insoles with shock absorption, magnetics, creams, ointments, cool foot baths, and wearing cotton socks. Avoiding standing for long periods of time may also bring relief.
