Where are you out of balance?In one area? Two? Or more...?

We are holistic beings and all areas of our lives are connected to one another, whether we know it or not. Just as the muscles are dependent on nervous activity, on circulation, on hormonal equilibrium, all systems are interdependent and only give us a simplified view of the entire organism.
